Listing states are explicit

A listing can be published while still unclaimed and unverified. Claim status and verification status are tracked separately and shown on the listing, so nobody is misled about what FindRecording has confirmed.

Own a business we listed?

Imported listings only use legitimate, publicly available business information. The owner can request a claim, create an account and take over the listing, then go through verification.
